Description
We are currently recruiting for a Patent Records Administrator for an IP Firm based near to Liverpool Street.They're looking for someone to join the team who has 5 years of experience within Patent Formalities and is looking for the next step to progress their career.
Typical duties would include:
- Processing and distributing incoming correspondence.
- Entering new patent and property cases into their records system.
- Completing daily processes to ensure all patent deadlines are met.
- Entering publication details and reporting to clients.
- Dealing with any ad hoc queries that are received by the wider team.
- 5+ years experience within Patent Formalities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Good IT skills and proficient with a range of different systems and software.
