We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for managing contracts and supporting improvements in the way we work with our resource-supply partners focusing on allocation and quality delivery of work.
You will implement best practice methods by engaging and encouraging Resource-supply partners to focus on quality, and to innovate to develop their service and product offering.
You will be responsible for developing good contract and resource management practice, this will then contribute to achieving excellent customer service and network management.
Key duties will include:
Collaborate closely with teams across Water Recycling, as well as across key stakeholders to set meaningful and realistic metrics that will measure the performance and value delivered through Resource partners and drive a continuous improvement culture.
Engage with Resource-supply partner representatives to develop collaborative relationships, to ensure every supplier is valued, understands the impact of their activities within Water Recyling Network and Anglian Water more widely
Assure compliance with agree contract terms, escalating non-compliance to relevant governance groups or if required immediately to senior management
Identify Resource-supply contract amendments or additions required to support the proactive programme
Work with Resource-supply partners to identify areas of inefficiency and waste that can be addressed through changes of design, processes/procedures, products or other.
Provide proactive feedback to Resource-supply partners on performance and assist them in identifying and resolving issues and therefore improving their performance.
Contract or Framework management experience
Continuous improvement experience
People development experience
General knowledge of the operational working of Water Recycling preferred but not essential
Ability to adapt communication styles to suit a wide range of stakeholders
Project management skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
