Description
This is an active Q role.

If you have:

-
Amplitude Analytics: 1yr+ hands-on experience working directly within Amplitude Analytics, ideally including both technical setup and reporting output.
-
GA/ AA:1yr+ hands-on experience working directly within Amplitude Analytics, ideally including both technical setup and reporting output.

  • You should be comfortable designing AA or GA4 implementations and briefing developers on the finer points of this. You do not need any experience writing code however.
-
A self-starters attitude:you won't wake up each morning with a pre-baked task list and there won't be anyone looking over your shoulder checking your work. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to manage your own timelines and work proactively to drive forward standards. If you are the sort of person who works best with a detailed task list laid out before you then this probably isn't the one for you.
-
Personality: a proactive by default mindset, a sense of humour (this is really important) and a palpable yearning to become much better.

_ Then this could be the best place in the world for your career_

The DMPG Mission:

We are a highly experienced team, dedicated to maximising client value return on data & technology.

We've managed to do this better than anybody else for 10yrs running by:

Our mission is to become recognised world leaders across our entire service portfolio and we have a serious plan to get there, across the UK, EU, US & AU.

  • Knowing digital data & the customer experience better than anyone
  • Hiring the best people_ (see Benefits)_
  • Working honestly_ (we never oversell or underdeliver & operate as part of our clients's teams)_

Our Three Roles:

  • Engineers _(people who write code)_
-
10% of time spent on calls & comms

  • Enablement Leads _(people who manage client accounts)_
-
15-45% of time spent managing clients & your delivery team _(increasing with seniority)_

  • Enablement Specialists _(somewhere in the middle typically managing individual projects within accounts)_
-
10-20% of time spent managing projects & DMPG delivery team

What we do:

Our core enablement services cover six key components within two service strands:

DATA COLLECTION

  • Data layer strategy, design and implementation
  • Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance
  • Analytics strategy, implementation and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION

  • Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution and insights support
  • Personalisation strategy, execution and insights support
  • Omni-channel digital customer experience journey orchestration
We typically start working with a client on one distinct problem _(e.g. a new Analytics implementation)_ and then quickly demonstrate the value of broader engagement _(e.g. by delivering impactful insight based on newly reliable data or by setting up a few quick win CRO/P tests)_.

The cornerstone of all our services is accurate data, matched with evolving business needs & trusted by the entire organisation.

This Role - Senior/ Base/ Junior Enablement Specialist:

The Enablement Specialist _(ES)_ is focused on building their core skillset & engaging with clients as necessary to execute on this.

The ES might run an implementation project, an Insight contract or a CRO/ Personalisation roadmap and would act largely autonomously within this role.

On all accounts there will also be an Enablement Lead, who is ultimately responsible for the holistic sentiment & direction of the client.

On a simple project _(say an Analytics implementation)_, the ES would typically run the day-to-day, with the EL's role existing primarily at project start _(getting things going) and project close (guaranteeing positive sentiment & planning for the future)_.

The sort of person who thrives in the ES role typically loves their specialism too much to tolerate lots of client management, but at the same time needs to see a bit of the bigger picture to really enjoy their work.

If you are put off by the idea of always feeding into an EL's plan, or by having to deal with some aspects of client management, then this role is probably not the best fit for you.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will report to the COO, who will support you on all client tasks and ensure you're getting the best possible support from the team to deliver for your clients & accelerate your career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
  • Data Collection _(inc. Amplitude analytics implementation/ reporting)_
  • Creating requirements documentation
  • Creating detailed solution design reference documents
  • Building implementation/deployment plans
  • Configuring the tools _(RSIDs, Activities etc)_
  • Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation pro
