Our clients are a well established and highly regarded national company who are now looking for a talented IT Support Analyst.


You will join a team of 6 to set the standard for the future: working alongside our Infrastructure and Development Teams you will be involved in Day to Day support of our current IT estate but in addition, due to significant planned investment, you willalso be instrumental in the delivery of our transformation projects to ensure that the company's IT estate if fit for the future planned growth.


Using the latest technology including Veeam, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Azure AD and Office 365, the next few years will define the future standards of the team and its impact on the business.


Being a valued member of our busy and thriving support team, you'll ensure the end to end service requirements are met with the view to increase customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience by offering a differentiated level of service.


Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a strong communicator with a team ethic.

We're all in it together to succeed, so the person fulfilling this role will be looked towards to collaborate with other members of the team.

Demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing environment, managing incidents through to resolution.


The ability to work efficiently in a high demand, physical and virtual team, and fast-paced manufacturing environment, whilst prioritising owned incidents.

Experience in a similar IT support role.

Good written, verbal and spoken English.

Excellent attitude to customer service.

Good technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure.

Located within commuting distance to Bradford centre (30 minutes)

Desire to advance own career in IT

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals (internal and external) at all levels.

Confident and self-motivated team player with the ability to work to deadlines.

Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.

Methodical and logical approach to problem diagnosis and resolution.

Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with others.
