This is a maternity cover role, to start as soon as possible for a period of 8 months.
Hours - Mon to Fri between 08.00am and 5.00pm, open to flexible hours per week)
About our Business
With over 30 years' experience as a manufacturer, supplying the decontamination and demolition industries, we are looking for a confident, highly motivated Production and Sales Administrator to join our busy team, based at our Factory in South Shields.
Production and Sales Administrator Requirements
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the customer service administration function, whilst building relationships with key customers
- Assist with the smooth running of the custom built ERP system
- Processing customer enquiries and orders
- Assist with procurement for the business, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure production deadlines are met
- Responsible for despatch and export administration, ensuring customer lead times are met
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
