Brand Lead - Global Biotech Company - London/hybrid working - £Competitive salary + bonus scheme:


The Company:


  • The company is a top 20 global biotech based on revenue.
  • The company boasts an impressive portfolio of products in specialist care and a rich pipeline.
  • For this role, you will be working in neurology and rare diseases.

The Role:


  • This Brand Lead role is responsible for taking the lead on marketing and brand strategy for both neurology and rare diseases products.
  • You will be working with products from brand new launch phase right through to an older brand with a new strategy and plenty of potential to be market leader.
  • You will directly line manage two experienced Brand Managers.
  • The role requires seeing customers regularly both virtually and face to face.
  • Your remit will be UK and Ireland.
  • The role requires hybrid working between home and the London office.

You:


  • You will be a Senior Brand Manager or Brand Lead already.
  • You will ideally have experience in neurology, but this is not essential. Rare disease experience or other specialist care experience would also be desirable.
  • You must have 2+ years of line management experience, preferably managing Brand Managers.
  • You will ideally have come into marketing via sales, but this is not essential.
  • You must be able to commute into London.
