Professional Services Company based near St Katherine's Dock is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their HR team
This is a great opportunity for somebody with some Administrative experience to take the next step in their career.
Working within a HR team you will have the support of Senior Management while also being able to make the role your own.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Assisting with onboarding of new staff
- Updating HR systems
- Preparing offer letters
- Assisting with leaver process
- Assisting with administration for training
- Creating purchased orders
- General allround administrative support for the HR team
This is a great opportunity for somebody with some administrative experience to gain experience working within busy and fast-paced HR team.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strive for quality
