Description

Ensure online operations are running efficiently on all channels and oversee all aspects of online activity including online fulfilment, customer care, and online transactions.


  • Supervise all activities relating to the website such as customer service and operations.
  • Prepare monthly reports for online sales to a deadline.
  • Uploading new website imagery, product description and ensure inventory levels are up to date for new product launches.
  • Joinly working with senior management to make recommendations to drive continuous improvement to the website.
  • Work alongside the warehouse team to ensure all online orders are picked and packed efficiently.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Highly organized and selfmotivated team member
  • Experience working in an Ecommerce environment is preferred by not essential. Familiarity with basic order fulfilment processes is needed.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the customer journey to ensure a smooth experience from initial visit to basket.
  • Experience in identifying potential problems and making recommendations to drive improvement

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Office: 1 year (preferred)
