We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Band 4 Therapy Technical Instructor to join our Cancer Care Therapy team here at University Hospital Southampton.

The Oncology Unit at University Hospital Southampton is one of twelve regional centres in the UK serving a population of 1.7 million people.

The Cancer Care Therapy Team is a growing team currently consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Technical Instructors, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and engages in all aspects of patient rehabilitation and care whilst patients are present on the wards.

The Cancer Care Therapy team currently see patients with varying cancer diagnoses, (breast, lung, lymphoma, leukaemia to name a few) and we are also involved with providing Therapy input for the new treatment for patients receiving Bone Marrow Transplants - Car T cell therapy.
