One of our local based companies are looking for somebody to join their Administration team on a temporary -permanent basis.

The only reason this starts out as temp-perm is to get someone trained up, settled in and become part of the team.

Please note this is a manufacturing environment so will involve elements of dealing with production supervisors.

**Job Role:

Supporting in the day to day running of all paperwork.
Use of Sage and Microsoft office to store and edit data.
Supporting the logistics side of the business, printing off labels for pallets and booking in deliveries/collections.
Working alongside production/admin team to ensure all paperwork is finalised and completed correctly.

**What type of person are they looking for: - **- 2 years admin/clerical experience.

Someone familiar and comfortable with Microsoft office.
Someone who isn't scared to get their sleeves rolled up.
Comfortable interacting with shop floor staff, delivery drivers and members of management.
Wanting a permanent/long term job.

For the first 12 weeks this role is paying £9.50, this is just during the training period and to get the right person settled in and up to speed, then the pay will rise after the probation period.

The hours for this role are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday and Wednesday with an early finish of 2:30pm on Friday (based on a 22.5 hour week).
