We're looking for dynamic and caring individuals who can bring their experience and enthusiasm to our services in NW London.

As a Key Worker, you'll be the guiding light for young people with complex support needs, including homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse issues.

Your role will be diverse and rewarding, ensuring that each day is unique and fulfilling.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a Hero: Provide emotional support and help address any worries or concerns.
Plan Like a Pro: Analyse individual needs and create focused support plans.
Hands-

On Help:
Offer practical assistance with household tasks, personal care, and paperwork.

Education & Fun: Help young people access education, health, and leisure services.
Hobby Buddy: Support them in pursuing hobbies and interests.
Skill Builder: Aid in learning new skills or finding employment.
Life Skills Guru: Teach independent living skills, such as budgeting and paying bills.
Family Connector: Support connections with family and the community.
Communication Whiz: Adapt your communication to meet individual needs.
Team Player: Collaborate with social workers, police, doctors, and therapists.
Role Model: Be a positive influence and share your interests.
Flexible Hours: Shifts are available and allocated fortnightly, allowing for flexibility.
Competitive Pay:

Earn £12.50 per hour.

Rewarding Work: Make a real impact in the lives of young people.
Experience: At least 12 months of paid experience in a frontline social care role within the last 3 years.
Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK.
Verified History: Employment or education history covering the last 5 years.

Pay:
From £12.50 per hour
