ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen at one of our Norfolk sites. This role will report directly into the HR Manager.

As the HR Advisor you will oversee the day to day HR operations, delivering an effective, hands-on, practical support and advisory service to managers and employees.


This position is the perfect role for a HR generalist, you will lead on employee relations including absence management, actively manage disciplinary and grievance cases, provide guidance on performance management, along with general HR queries and related paperwork on the above to ensure we are legally compliant.


You'll receive plenty of support, however you will need awareness in employment law and practice in order to provide a professional and efficient generalist Human Resources service, to our internal and external customers in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor/HR Coordinator/HR Assistant
  • Experience of highvolume ER cases is desirable
  • Must have high attention to detail and be very organised
  • Good awareness of Employment Law and practice
  • Able to efficiently manage your time, be selfstarting with a 'can do' attitude
  • Able to adapt communication styles to influence at all levels
