Role Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Using EMS Assist's internal system to process and track applicants.
- Arranging technical interview with relevant interview panel as required.
- Validating all professional certificates, qualifications, and licences.
- Documenting a detailed audit trail for all recruitment activities undertaken.
- Carrying out background checks and professional references.
- Attending weekly sales/ops meetings and providing updates on current recruitment activities.
- Attending monthly team meetings and providing departmental updates.
- Demonstrate a commitment to upholding and improving the company's quality management standards by adhering to established processes, identifying areas for improvement, and actively participating in quality initiatives.
- Any other duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in recruitment role or similar.
- Experience in recruitment/oil and gas preferable.
- Understanding of relevant employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Qualifications
- Degree preferred.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
