Role Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Using EMS Assist's internal system to process and track applicants.
  • Arranging technical interview with relevant interview panel as required.
  • Validating all professional certificates, qualifications, and licences.
  • Documenting a detailed audit trail for all recruitment activities undertaken.
  • Carrying out background checks and professional references.
  • Attending weekly sales/ops meetings and providing updates on current recruitment activities.
  • Attending monthly team meetings and providing departmental updates.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to upholding and improving the company's quality management standards by adhering to established processes, identifying areas for improvement, and actively participating in quality initiatives.
  • Any other duties as required.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in recruitment role or similar.
  • Experience in recruitment/oil and gas preferable.
  • Understanding of relevant employment law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
