We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and creative individual to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers with their vision care needs.

We need a friendly, hard working person who is keen to provide excellent customer service in Vision Care Opticians.

Previous experience preferred but not essential.

Training will be provided

Basic IT skills required

Customer service and retail experience required


Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with their eye care needs and frame selection
• Ensuring that the patient's glasses and lenses are clean and informing them their new glasses are ready for collection
• Assisting with contact lens handling and advise
• Record keeping and filing
• General house keeping
• Merchandising and arranging frame display
• Small adjustments and repair of frames
• Liaising with our in house lab, other stores and suppliers
