Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR for a well-established company in SHOTTON, DEESIDE.


This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 4-6 year project at Shotton Paper Mill.

Work for one of the leading MEP contracting companies, with the capacity to deliver a wide scope of services to a broad range of customers around the world.

About You:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable to have Factory or Industrial Plant Experience.
  • A valid CSCS card is required

About the Role:


  • Monday-Friday 45 hours per week (potential for weekend work)
  • Rate: £ per hour
  • Supervise and manage all electrical installations onsite
  • Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, project specifications, and work schedule
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,
  • Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design and engineering standards
  • Identifying material needs in the site in a timely manner, informing the Site Chief, and performing warehouse controls regularly
  • Continuously checking the manhour values related to the construction works
  • Submitting daily progress reports with attachments to the Site Chief
  • Informing the Site Chief about material, manpower and site issues in a timely manner to assist taking necessary precautions
  • Check defects or incomplete works in the site which are reported by the Client, take preventive or corrective actions against potential issues, report the situation to Site Chief where no solution has been achieved
  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site
