Job Description Mortgage Administrator**Capital Private Finance is a prestigious and highly successful mortgage and finance business based in London and the Home Counties looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator.


The incumbent will have good written and verbal communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and be highly motivated and enthusiastic.


The role will involve supporting Senior Mortgage Consultants, Liaising with lenders, Life providers and solicitors ensuring that our customers are updated whilst maintaining our high level of customer service.

The post will include working towards tight deadlines, working on your own initiative as well as being a team player.


Key Responsibilities:

Checking of Management Information
Updating various spread sheets with client and monetary details for negotiator payments
Approving of payments
Liaising with the Mortgage Consultants with regards to completed leads from negotiators and updating Lead Manager
Providing broker support
Reconciliation of Procuration Fees Received
Working with clients, including; handling any queries regarding fees and chasing of fees, taking payment over the phone
Working closely with Head of Sales to; discuss any performance issues, pipelines etc.
Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Consultants
Working to deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move
Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved
Support with the on boarding of new starters
Assisting the Mortgage Consultants with submitting of their weekly figures

Will bring experience in relation to either Financial Services (specifically mortgages), Conveyancing, or Estate Agency
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a pressured workload
Resilient and able to calm and reassure anxious customers
Excellent communication skills

£22k to £25k depending on experience
