Description

Monitoring and processing of underlying Call and Distribution Notices and record expenses.
Oversight and review of all portfolio investments' underlying valuations.
Collation, testing, and provision of quarterly and annual valuations for inclusion in Accounts, LP meetings, reporting requirements and ad hoc investor circulars.
Partnering with Middle Office/IT teams to innovate marketleading investment platform functionality.
Aiding in forecasting and monitoring cash requirements for Funds, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet investment costs and expenses whilst maximising returns.
Assisting in the preparation of weekly reporting packs to be distributed to senior management.
Administrative oversight of invoice payment process.
Supporting cyclical workflows.
Daily monitoring and weekly reconciliation of database.
Reviewing the weekly reconciliation between thirdparty system and inhouse system, checking for accuracy and ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Input to and maintenance of document management system.

Skills

Partqualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Previous Investments/accounts experience.
Experience working for, or alongside, thirdparty providers is essential.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Analytical mindset.
Strong IT skills, in particular, Excel.
Highly organised and resultsdriven.
