Description
We are the leading full-service ad agency in the culture and entertainment sector, and we are looking for creative people who know how to turn emotion into action.
Our clients include some of the biggest West End shows, the most prestigious museums and galleries, and popular tourist attractions.
Our Equality Diversity & Inclusion Mission Statement
We believe that talent from different backgrounds and perspectives are what drives creativity.
We celebrate diversity across gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, social class, and physical ability and we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people can flourish, that promotes equality, respect and fairness for all, and where every individual can bring their whole self to work.
We recognise the enduring impact of structural biases within our sector and we are working to develop increasingly pro-active policies, including anti-racist practices, to ensure the way we recruit and develop people will increase diversity at all levels of our organisation, especially in senior leadership.
We will hold ourselves accountable by publishing an annual representation and pay-gap audit, through setting and achieving targets and offering unconscious bias training and a future leadership programme.
