Description

An opportunity is available for an Architectural Technician to join a prominent and respected builder in the Perth area.

This is a fantastic chance to work for a main contracting firm, working on a variety of industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

Preparation, submission and ongoing monitoring of Planning and Building Warrant Applications
Preparation of technical and construction drawings, details and specifications.
Strong communication skills
Liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally e.g. clients, surveyors, Senior Management, wider Design team
Attend Site visits and meetings as require
Excellent technical ability
Hard Working and Motivated
Selfdriven but ability to work within a team environment

Salary £27,000 - £30,000
29 days holiday per annum
Company Pension

This is a full time permanent role working 39.25 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.15pm and 8.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
