The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team for Older People has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic mental health practitioner to join us in The Cavell Centre in Peterborough.


The team offers intensive support and treatment at home, and in care homes, for older people with mental health problems, including the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia and we support people who live in the Peterborough, Huntingdonshire and Fenland areas.
