Job Purpose
To train, manage and coach an exceptional Telesales Team, which generates appointments for our field-based sales team.


Job Overview


We are looking for a "hands on" proven, high performing Inside Sales Floor Manager to join our business at this exciting time.

You will be part of a department which is responsible for the creation of sales appointments (and upsell opportunities) for ouroperation.

This is a critical role for the business to sustain and build on its success in the UK.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 2 coaching sessions using the GROW and SMART methods with individuals a day and managing a high performing telesales team of up to 16 individuals.
  • Auditing the CRM system to optimise data and provide quality leads
  • To provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales figures and MI
  • To regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance and KPIs
  • To continuously seek to improve sales performance through monitoring all leads, conversions and sales actively
  • To introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team.
  • Following the manager schedule and completing all tasks by COP.

Team Targets
Each member of your team that you are responsible for must achieve the following: To book 1-3 opportunities per day with decision makers dependent on experience

  • To make a minimum of 100 outbound calls to businesses.
  • To reach a minimum of 2.5 hours outbound talktime per day, i.e., actual time spent actively contacting and speaking to prospects
  • To create quality opportunities for the Business Development Manager to bring in new business revenue.

What you Bring to the Team

  • Track record of managing a high performing telephonebased sales department
  • Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business environment
  • A flexible approach to sales, coaching and being able to flex your coaching style from direct to a consultative approach.
  • The ability to motivate a floor of 50+ people by floor walking, holding high energy briefs, creating, and managing incentives and a bring a largerthanlife personality.
  • Able to work well within a team and manage your time effectively around your peers to be able to both support them and manage your own team at the same time.
