Description

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure payments are received on time.
• Liaise with customers to resolve any payment issues or invoice queries.
• Follow up on overdue payments.
• Ensure customer accounts are up to date and accurate.
• Maintain records of customer payments and contact details.
• Provide regular reports on overdue accounts.
• Adhoc duties as and when required by Management to meet the business needs.
