As a result of significant business growth we now have vacancy for a transport administrator.

This Transport Admin role will assist the Transport Manager in general admin duties relating to fleet compliance. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Tachograph Compliance
  • Liaise with service providers to book service/MOT for fleet
  • Assist with ops document management and ensure up to audit standard
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Admin Skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Transport office experience is desirable but not essential
  • Control of local deliveries on rigid vehicles
  • Deal with driver queries
  • Answer incoming calls into the department

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £23,500.00 per year
