Receptionist

Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Communicating with customers, answering queries and resolving issues
  • Filing/printing/archiving
  • Liaising with management to ensure KPIs are met
  • Assist with administrative tasks

Key Skills Needed:


  • Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
  • Organisational skills

Requirements:


  • Right to work in the UK
  • You must also pass a DBS check
  • Previous relevant experience (preferred)
*Salary is national minimum wage


Salary:
£14,605.00-£20,319.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
