WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You are a natural at putting guests at ease, and enjoy starting up natural, friendly conversations and want to ensure every guest has the best experience in our Celtic Mall.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Retail Supervisor you will hold responsibility for the people and product inventory you supervise.

You will guide your staff in optimal merchandising, which includes effective visual displays on the floor and efficient stocking of inventory in storage areas.

You will be required to regular review stock rotation across the floor ensuring maximum exposure for all retail lines.

Other duties as Retail Supervisor include training and motivation. You will be required to review department philosophies and provide job training to retail agents. Motivate to sell, maintain store and communicate with team.

The ability to coach and develop the team is a key distinction between a good retail supervisor and front line employee.
