Description
The WADU Product Team are looking for a highly skilled associate to support the future development of the platform.

It's a great time to join the team on the next evolution of our product while pushing the feature development within the frontend platform.


Job responsibilities:


  • Manage and own the development of new product features throughout the product life cycle
  • Own the management of the delivery of the feature from the initial concept through to scaled implementation
  • Partner with our business analysts and technology teams utilizing an agile development framework
  • Drive continuous improvement in conjunction to user feedback from our client engagement teams to ensure it delivers the maximum value to our stakeholders
  • Refine and present ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders

Required experience, skills and capabilities:


  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to forge relationships with the team and our partners while influencing desired outcomes
  • Interest in Product Management with ability to drive product innovation
  • Excellent oral and written executivelevel communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Jira/agile development and experience with partnering with software engineering teams
  • An analytical mind set; with a focus on visualizing data preferrable
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels
