Our conference centre is first choice for many national brand companies.
We are looking for an Experienced Conference & Events Supervisor to join our team. You will be working 5/7 days per week with weekends and evening work required.

Main duties:

Attending and overseeing the smooth running of all operational aspects of every event
Ensuring the correct layout of the room including any special items required
Maintaining stock levels of all event related items
Meeting and greeting all customers
Organising the work rota and event staff
Liaising with the Special Events Coordinator, Sales Department and Kitchen team to ensure all event requirements are met and all departments are kept up to date
Attend weekly meetings and event briefing
Any ad hoc duties as requested by Management

Your own transport is a must, due to our rural location.

Salary:
£11.00-£15.00 per hour
