What you will do


As a Principal Consultant you will take the lead in driving through workflow, business process, and solution change in designing the optimal patient health record system.

You will analyse business and hospital processes to integrate and align solutions to Oracle Health standards and the hospital's needs.

Using effective influencing skills, you will work with colleagues from other solution areas and clients to leverage best practice examples and identify benefits from implementing the solution.


You should be proficient in change management, helping clients identify opportunities for improvements, and be accountable for achieving the project's stated outcomes as well as explaining and demonstrating the benefits of Oracle Health's solutions.

As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Plus at least 3 years related experience/higher education, including at least one year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience

Preferred experience

  • Degree in Business or Healthcare
  • At least 3 years of software implementation experience
  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium
  • Clinical background will be advantageous

Expectations

  • Willing to travel to client site as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
