The Anna Freud Centre is a world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families.

The Clinical Division design and deliver innovative and evidence-based clinical interventions for babies, children and families, as well as a wide range of trainings to support the children's workforce.

The Evaluation Officer will sit in the Clinical Evaluation team within the Clinical Division and report to the Clinical Evaluation Lead.

The primary task of the post-holder will be to provide evaluation support to the Division, with the aim of evidencing the impact of its work.

The post-holder will also contribute to the development and delivery of training materials.

This post provides an excellent opportunity for an early career researcher or aspiring clinician to gain experience working with specialist clinicians and researchers interested in children's mental health

Responsibilities will include:

designing and co-producing evaluations; analysing outcome measures to inform research and clinical practice; conducting qualitative research with families; and developing and embedding more inclusive practices in evaluation.

The Clinical Evaluation team is a small, friendly and supportive team committed to collaboration and creativity.

Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working).

Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at the Anna Freud Centre in King's Cross (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).
