Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Ground Maintenance Operative to join a local authority working out of Sheffield on a temporary basis.

Working from 7:30am till 5pm Monday to Thursday, the role holder will be tasked with carrying out all forms of grounds maintenance duties to include environmental and horticultural work city wide as well as ensure the open green spaces are clean, safe and attractive up-to and including hedge cutting, pruning, grass cutting, litter picking, fly-tipped and other rubbish removal, using appropriate equipment as directed by a supervisor.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, the use of machinery and tools will be required including a Ride-On Mower.

A driving license will be required for this role to carry out driving duties as and when required.
