Projects Administrator - Winchester, United Kingdom - LED FLEX architectural lighting

LEDFlex Group is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 12 years and we are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Winchester.

• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing project reports.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Raising quotations and organizing sample requests.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Some client and events based travel may be required from time to time
• Fully expensed by LEDFLEX.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Numeracy accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
• A cando attitude.
• Organized, focused, and meticulous approach to work.
• Experience using Google Suite is advantageous.
• Experience using project based software is advantageous.

• Salary of £24,000 £29,500 depending on experience.
• Annual KPI reviews.
