Description

Key tasks include, creating and managing service charge budgets, arranging contractors, liaison with tenants and landlords and lease compliance.

Training towards the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (General Practice Division) leading to full membership of the RICS is available as well as AssocRICS training.

Must have a driving licence and have access to a car for business use.

Experience in a company estates department or commercial/residential block management experience essential.
