Lettings Negotiator - Liverpool - Up to £24,000 basic (OTE £30,000)

What you will be doing

Meeting and registering new tenant applicants
Helping identify new business opportunities and maximise them
Organising and carrying out letting viewings (Pool car provided)
Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants and negotiate any offers received
Creating tenancy agreements and other legal notices
Managing landlord contract renewals
Overseeing regular rent increases of our managed properties
Managing content for website adverts, property portals and window displays
Management of lettings social media accounts
Learning to value and list rental properties

What you will have

We'd be keen to hear from you if you have previous Lettings Negotiator experience
Ideally have some valuation experience not essential as full training will be given
Strong customer service and communication skills
Holds a full UK driving licence and own your own vehicle

What's in it for you

Annual salary up to £24,000 DOE
Realistic OTE £30,000
Commission structure on move ins (average £375 per month) plus more add ons
Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
One Saturday per 7 weeks on a rota, 10:00am 4:00pm
