Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft excel and ERP systems.
  • Preparing all documentation for stock transport ensuring information is recorded accurately.
  • Liaise with the finance team to confirm invoices correspond to the paperwork.
  • Certifying that audit trails are maintained to a high standard for HMRC audits.
  • Coordinating information from different departments to ensure everyone has a real time picture of product flow.
  • Work closely with external haulage suppliers to ensure smooth flow of information.
