Customer Service Assistant at Glass promotions

We are looking for a person who is prepared to handle front of house customer care on site at our client events with a vibrant and personable nature


Responsibilities:


  • Setting up events for our clients to assist in the brand awareness campaigns.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Follow up with customers to address their needs.
  • Distribute incoming offerings from our client to appropriate customers or coworkers.
  • Present confidently the benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all events are a success.
  • Adhere to client guidelines.
  • Represent our clients in a professional manner at all times.
