Responsibilities
- Manage office administration systems and procedures
- Have Pinewood / Pinnacle experince would be a huge bonus
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information on Bodynet and Pinnacle managment systems
- Respond to and direct phone calls, distribute mail, open, and close offices
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance or carry out requests
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Collect and deliver customers cars
Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of Pinewood / Pinnacle software
- Knowledge of Bodyshop managment sytems (Bodynet or simular)
- Working knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Full clean uk driving licence
Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
