Howdens are looking for Customer Service Advisors, due to business growth, to join us at our specialist solid surface production facility, HWS East based in Holme on Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers.


What you will be doing:


  • Providing high levels of customer service delivering a firstclass experience to all customers
  • Working cross functionally achieve weekly targets and execute first call resolution where possible
  • Inputting information onto CRM system ensuring compliance is always adhered to
  • Taking an active role in streamlining processes and improving customer service across the function

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of working within a customer service role within a similar environment
  • The ability to communicate across different levels within the business and remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of the wider customer service team
  • The ability to resolve challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the enduser experience top of mind
  • Experience of using databases and information management systems in a customer focused setting, including reporting and KPI management is desirable
