Tudor Employment are recruiting a Project Team Administrator for our client based in Cannock, WS11. The location is well serviced by public transport links from Walsall, Bloxwich and Birmingham.

You will join a vibrant and diverse team within newly refurbished premises.

You will be working within the National Accounts team to administer and maintain their functionality, using spreadsheets and data entry.

This is a temporary role.

Hybrid working (Monday, Thursday & Fridays at home) Tuesday & Wednesday from office.

Are you the right person for this role? Key attributes are:
Previous administrative experience

Excellent telephone manner

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and google sheets

What will I be doing? Key duties will include:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Collate information including rates, costs and values

Data entry, various filtration and adjusting information using Microsoft Excel

Maintaining key spreadsheets

Professional and customer focused approach

What are the hours of work?

This is a full-time vacancy, working Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM. 30 minutes unpaid lunch, 10 minute morning break, 10 minute afternoon break

What is the rate of pay?

Project Team Administrator will be paid at a rate of £10.16/hour.
