Service Desk Shift Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits

Fully Remote - once a month in office

York, North Yorkshire


A Service Desk Shift Manager is needed to lead this brilliant team at this well-established company with nearly 30 years of IT industry experience.

This is a growing technology business and you will be managing and developing a team of service desk analysts. Ensuring they are delivering high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will report to the Service Desk Manager.


Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 1 year minimum of Line management (essential)
  • Previous experience of managing a team's SLAs and KPIs
  • Technical service desk background (essential)
  • Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice (essential)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and attention detail
  • Have a passion for Tech
