Fully Remote - once a month in office

A Service Desk Shift Manager is needed to lead this brilliant team at this well-established company with nearly 30 years of IT industry experience.
You will report to the Service Desk Manager.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 1 year minimum of Line management (essential)
- Previous experience of managing a team's SLAs and KPIs
- Technical service desk background (essential)
- Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice (essential)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management and attention detail
- Have a passion for Tech
