Your role

In this role, you will:

  • Work alongside Product and Service Transformation Teams to transition new and existing Products and Services into service run capability
  • Observe product and service behaviour to identify, create and implement Platform, Product and Service optimization and automation;
  • Identify, create and implement Platform, Product and Service Improvements;
  • Commit to continual learning for emerging and new technologies;
  • Investigation and Restoration of Services for our customers;
  • Contributes to sprint planning and sprint reviews.
  • Fluently present complex technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences both orally and in writing.

If you have experience in any of the below technologies that would be great but not essential, we encourage and celebrate continuous learning on this team.


  • Knowledge/experience of Cloud Platform Technologies and Cloud Tools
  • Knowledge/experience Windows Servers and Linux
  • Knowledge/experience of Continuous Integration and Delivery Tools
  • Knowledge/experience of RPA Technologies and Tools
  • Knowledge/experience of Database Technologies and SQL Scripting
  • Knowledge/experience of test activities for new builds
