Description

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving any issues that arise.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide information about our services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in scheduling services and manage service requests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary:
£23,103.00-£25,125.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, EC4M 7JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
