We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and company policies.
- Assist customers in scheduling services and manage service requests.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Salary:
£23,103.00-£25,125.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, EC4M 7JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
