Tradewind are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor at a multi form entry primary school in Aston.

This school aims to "inspire" a passion for learning and success in all that they do, and together with parents, and carers, each and every child is encouraged to follow this principle.

They believe that to prepare children for the future, they are entitledto the best standards in education, combined with excellent pastoral care to ensure that all children fulfil their potential.

- experience of working with children who need additional support with overcoming barriers to learning
- improve behaviour and raise achievement
- an understanding of the social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils and be able to establish positive relationships quickly
- have an established range of strategies for coping with challenging situations
- be a good team player who is professional and adaptable and can show initiative in tailoring learning to meet individual's needs
- have relevant qualifications (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
