Senior Desktop Support - VIP Support onsite 5 days a week
We are working with one of our bigest Financial Services clients who are based in the heart of the City.
One of the biggest parts of the role is looking after VIP customers so customer service experience is paramount to this role.
Skills and experience:
Hands-on Windows desktop support building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues.
Microsoft Office - resolving customer issues on all versions.
Server administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, logon problems including remote logon issues).
365 and Exchange administration - e.g. mailbox limits, mailbox sharing, ISP/DNS/MX issues.
Service now experience
Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face to face environment.
