Kameo Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a rapidly expanding software company near Royston to recruit a self-motivated and approachable
Team Administrator who will be a key team player in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

You will have a helpful and cheerful disposition and be willing to muck in.


Reporting to the Office Manager you will be providing high-level, professional administrative support to a wide range of business functions and departments.

You will be a highly organised professional and possess excellent communication skills; this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial dynamic working environment and is looking to develop their career with early responsibility and genuine opportunity for professional growth


Duties & Responsibilities of the Team Administrator

  • Reporting to the Office Manager you will be working as part of the administration team to contribute to the growth and efficiency of all operational functions and the smooth running of the office.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments in the business including office, software, commercial and marketing teams.
  • Meeting administration including scheduling meetings and calendar management.
  • Create and manage administrative SOPs.
  • Compile reports
  • Document management internal and external
  • Managing data within the CRM System
  • Travel booking and management
  • General administrative support including answering phones, welcoming visitors, collecting mail, document management
  • Provide administration support to the social committee

Requirements for this role

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a varied role is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Wellorganised and ability to plan, prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
