Description

We are a small family-owned company, supplying auto and industrial supplies to a wide range of industries throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.

We are looking to recruit an individual who wants to join a fast-paced warehouse and work alongside the Operations Manager to achieve maximum warehouse efficiency and reduction in inventory errors.

Responsibilities:

Perform various warehouse duties including but not limited to: receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, preferred but not essential and pallet jacks to move materials and products
Ensure accuracy of orders by verifying quantities and inspecting products for any damages or defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment required
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods of time.
Forklift license preferred but not essential
Proficient in materials handling techniques and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment and in a small team
Fluent English and numeracy skills

Please note that this job may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
