£23,000 - £25,000 per year + commission

Full time - Permanent role

I am proud to be working with an established Education Agency who are looking to add an additional Recruitment Consultant to the team.

Ongoing support, mentoring and training to ensure you are successful
Competitive salary and commission
Supporting on a primary desk
Reduced hours during school holidays term time hours will be 07.00am start

Great recruiters understand the importance of relationships, and my client takes time to understand the individual needs of each school and the teaching staff they require.

For you to be successful, having the ability to communicate and listen is key.

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Meet schools face to face by carrying out school visits and review service levels
Full driving licence and access to a car to carry out school visits
Experience working in either a Recruitment, Education or sales setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proved experience working in a target driven environment
