The new role will involve working on FF & E fit out projects from concept to completion.
The role will consist of:
- Working on specifications and layouts including liaising with architects and clients to generate detailed elevations and plans within building structures
- Using AutoCAD drawings and preparing specification job packs with detailed information to provide to the production and manufacturing department
- Converting drawings into cutting sheets to be issued to the shop floor and process quantify Trespa and laminate sheets
- Ensuring hardware and BOI are ordered in a timely manner prior to manufacture of furniture products
- Liaise with the design and project team on design, specifications, and programme requirements
- Create loading lists for finished product deliveries
- Carrying out risk assessments and generate O&M manuals
- Scheduling information to meet project commitments and timelines
Person:
- Have working knowledge of using AutoCAD to a high level
- Possess great accuracy and attention to detail when creating and issuing production documentation and project information to customers
- Be able to carry out occasional site visits to assess site conditions and status prior to delivery
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
