Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting on behalf of our client's Residential Home for those with Learning Disabilities. This is a small service, providing care and support to a maximum of 6 individuals.

The home has been awarded with "GOOD" CQC ratingsin all areas and overall, and the hiring team are searching for a strong and experienced leader who can continue to ensure the best support is provided to individuals within this service.


Deputy Manager vacancy details:

- £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

  • Fulltime, permanent employment

Deputy Manager experience and qualifications:


  • NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and Social care
  • Experience within leadership/ management positions (minimum of 2 years' experience)
  • Experience working with those who have learning disabilities
