Cover Supervisor Gateshead (NE2) Secondary Full Academic Year ASAP Start

A fantastic secondary school based in the Gateshead area is actively looking to find a dedicated, hard-working and outgoing Cover Supervisor to conduct tailored pre-set learning experiences across KS3 & KS4 due to an unscheduled absence of a full-time English Teacher.

Cover Supervisor Role Information:

Full academic year Beginning ASAP
Located in Gateshead (NE2)
Monday to Friday position Usual school working hours
Paid 480 per week during term time only
Access to multiple online CPD courses SEN, Mental Health & more
Conducting pre-set lessons for KS3 & KS4 English classes
Providing excellent small group & individual support during lesson time


Cover Supervisor Applicant Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 UK based English university degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young children
Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
Good organisation & communication skills
Passionate about the progression of young people
