We are looking for a motivated, inspiring, well-organised and committed midwife to support midwifery students in practice at North West Anglia, NHS Foundation TrustThis is a pivotal role to support pre-registration midwifery education.
The focus of this role is to support student midwives in practice by working alongside them in clinical practice; support supervisors and assessors and be influential in improving the quality of the clinical learning environment, further enhancing student experience and developing our future workforce.
You must be a registered Midwife who is passionate about nurturing and developing others. You must have exceptional communication skills and be a visible and credible role model for all levels of staff. You must be a NIPE Practitioner.
This role involves assisting with the facilitation of training, education and support of the practice and professional development of all pre-registration midwifery students in practice ensuring that they meet the NMC standards for pre-registration education.

In conjunction with the Education Midwives, Lead on the pre-registration portfolio to support and promote all educational pathways into midwifery.
Work collaboratively with all the Division leads to provide support and expertise regarding education and professional development with in pre-registration to contribute to care and service delivery.
Work collaboratively with the students, placement areas and HEI's to support the transition from university to placement for each area ensuring it is as seamless as possible.
